HOW TO BOOK
-Follow the "Book Now" link below. When Prompted for "Appointment Notes", please type in your PET'S NAME and BREED. If you are a new customer, please specify so. If you are booking for a cat and do not know the breed, write "cat" instead of a breed.
-NOTE that all PRICES are ESTIMATES and subject to vary.

-Please double check that your phone number is correct. We may need to contact you for details about your appointment.
-Please note that the length of appointment times are estimates and not always accurate. Appointments my take longer when necessary.
Bath Packages DO NOT include a full body haircut.
-NOTE: All dogs that have the ability to grow a long coast and require trimming must be booked as a "Long Hair" even if they are currently in a shorter clip. This includes such breeds as Shih tzu, Doodles, Poodles, Bichons, Yorkies, Maltese, Lhasa Apso, Etc.
-Please be sure to select the correct service and size/coat type of dog you are booking for. Appropriate appointment slots are necessary to ensure your pet has the proper amount of time during their appointment.

APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE BOOKED INCORRECTLY MAY BE REJECTED OR TURNED AWAY DUE TO LACK OF TIME NEEDED OR LACK OF STAFF NEEDED FOR THAT PET
Policies
NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION FEE: All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total services scheduled. Failure to make an appointment will be subject to a "No Show" fee of 50% of the total services scheduled.
LATE ARRIVAL: All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be required to reschedule and may be documented as a "no-show" or "late cancellation"
